The team will be present at the Science, Innovation and Society: achieving Responsible Research and Innovation (SIS - RRI) Conference organised by the European Commission in Rome, from 19th to 21st November. This major event in science and technology culture will allow the main european stakeholders and coordinators of the programme "Science with and for Society" under the framework of Horizon 2020.
This two-day event will include conferences on the topics of the 6 key engagements of the programme "Science with and for Society": public engagement, gender equality, science education, research ethics and integrity, open science and responsible research and innovation governance. The aims of the conference are numerous: garner analysis, recommendations and best pratices of projects funded under the programmes Science and Society and Science in Society, offer a place to meet for the stakeholders and project coordinators for potential collaborations, and think together about international perspectives and the future of projects working toward a better connection between science and society.
